- An endorsement package must be submitted for:
- ALL sponsored programs including grant/contract/sub recipient award applications and all supplemental requests submitted to corporate, private, foundation, not-for-profit, state or other municipality, and federal sponsors.
- For renewal of non competing continuations/multi year proposals, an updated endorsement form must be completed. Saving the initial endorsement form electronically and updating it each year is highly recommended to facilitate updating the information for resubmissions and/or out year budget submissions, as it will save time and effort, and only updated entries/corrections will need to be made.
- If there are NO MATERIAL CHANGES to an ongoing award (e.g., no change in F&A, cost sharing, scope of work) only the P.I. needs to sign the continuation year(s) endorsement.
- ORSP now accepts fully executed and signed endorsement forms which are either faxed to ORSP or scanned and sent to ORSP as a PDF document. ORSP will then sign the document as well as Compliance, if applicable. ORSP will retain the endorsement in the master file shared by ORSP and DGCA. Projects cannot be initiated or accounts established without all proposal documents, award documentation, and a fully executed endorsement form received by ORSP for placement in the master file.
