Identifying writing objective and audience; identifying purpose and main points; organizing content; editing; proofreading: techniques and symbols; organizing and maintaining information, etc.

Description
Three-hour classroom session presented by staff who have obtained numerous grants from federal, foundation, and corporate grantors. This session will present a broad, introductory overview of grant writing basics: planning, proposal, management; outline important steps in pursuing government and private funding opportunities; provide tips for writing successful applications; provide useful sample materials, and identify resources for grant writers.
